Reversing Cervical Dysplasia

I first came across reversing cervical dysplasia when I read Bellgene Chung’s story here. She talked about a diet that focused around fresh, organic alkaliine fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds; as well as drinking alkaline water.

Then as I read more, I found Bueller’s Kitchen and how she successfully reversed cervical dysplasia following Tori Hudson’s protocol.

In my case, it was too late to reverse cervical dysplasia. Although I did have CIN 3, it had actually become cancerous. But the upside, if there is one, is that Cervical cancer takes years to develop. It is a slow-moving cancer and if diagnosed with stage 1, survival chances are well over 90%.

In my case, it was stage 1a2 and had not spread. Luckily, the loop cone biopsy was enough to take care of that but I still had high grade CIN I and II left which the doctor and pathologist said, would usually reverse back to normality.

I didnt want to leave anything up to chance so through the CSL community, I met heaps of wonderful girls who had the same thing and decided that I would see a Naturopathic Doctor who could guide me with using Teri Hudson’s protocol.

My naturopath was such a lovely doctor who I immediately felt comfortable with and she impressed me when she said she had worked with the protocol before and had even been to Tori Hudson’s speaking engagements.

On top of a diet she recommended for me (which I will write at a later stage), the following supplements are what I am taking following the cancer and right up to my next visit in 3 month’s time.

You can see from the pic showing my top shelf of the fridge:-
3. Folic Acid 500mg
4. Natural Beta Carotene
5. Mushroom Science- Immune Builder
6. Multi-vitamins
7. Selenium
8. Indole 3 Carbinol
9. Immune Support Tincture

No.s 3 – 9 were recommended by my ND.

Now, for the last treatment, I feel a bit akward about describing them on the blog but I know some girls come here via the Cervical Cancer forum/ dysplasia forum so this information will help.

I also had to use suppositories meant for your ‘va-jay-jay’. Bueller from Bueller’s Kitchen used them too and had great results so I was very keen on them, too.

For 3 months, nightly antiviral suppositories for one week and the following, regenerating suppositories. They are meant to go as close as possible to your cervix and heal the wound/ dysplasia topically.
